I DON'T KNOW IF YOU ARE THE RIGHT MUSICIAN FOR MY CEREMONY-HOW WILL I KNOW?
Your wedding day is such an important event and I understand that every aspect has to be perfect. If you are unsure about booking, then do try to come and hear me perform live. If you still are not 100% confident in booking me-I would suggest looking at different ceremony singers and instrumentalists who might be of assistance.
HAVE YOU PLAYED FOR ALL TYPES OF CEREMONIES BEFORE?
Yes-at this stage, nothing is a surprise to me! I have covered Roman Catholic, Methodist, Church of Ireland and Presbyterian ceremonies as well as humanist and civil ceremonies. Indoors, outdoors, rooftops, beach resorts.. all taken care of.
MY CHURCH IS OLD AND DOESN'T HAVE A GREAT SOUND SYSTEM-CAN YOU WORK WITH THIS?
One thing that sets me apart from my counterparts is the high spec equipment I bring to every single ceremony. I use an RCF 8 track mini desk as well as two elevated RCF speakers. I bring all necessary power, leads, cables, microphones and stands and will never ever allow the sound to be less than perfect for your ceremony. I also upgrade and maintain our equipment on a monthly basis so it will never let me down. On the day, all I need is a plug and a seat!
WOW - A STATE OF THE ART PA SYSTEM! CAN OUR CELEBRANT/PRIEST/HOTEL USE THIS TOO?
Due to insurance reasons, the use of my PA system is for performers only. I can, however, point you in the direction of excellent AV companies who can provide wireless/bluetooth PA systems.
MY MUM/SISTER/COUSIN/UNCLE REALLY WANTS TO PERFORM DURING THE CEREMONY-CAN YOU ACCOMODATE THIS?
Unfortunately I am not in a position to accompany friends and family. While this is something I have done in the past, it is no longer part of the package I offer.
I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO GO ABOUT PICKING MUSIC FOR THE CEREMONY-CAN YOU HELP?
Of course! This is the part I love! Once you have booked your date and secure a deposit with me, I will send you on a template which explains how much music you need and where. I have templates for all types of ceremony so fear not, I am here to help. I allow up to 2 new reuqests per ceremony so if your special song is not on my extensive list, fear not. We can of course discuss adding some new repertoire to your programme.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
I cover the South Munster area from Killarney over to Kilkenny. I am based on the Tipperary/Cork/Limerick border. I tend to keep my travel time down to 90 mins tops (one way).
